Debt can be kick-ass
People often talk about debt as being a bad thing, terrible in the most absolute sense. But it is a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde of the monetary world in that it is capable of being an enabler or destroyer equally. Think of debt as a loaded gun; it’s dangerous by itself, capable of killing people off, and it feels fantastic to wield something that holds so much power. But it isn’t the gun that kills people, people do that by choosing to pull the trigger when the barrel is pointed squarely at someone else. Initially, when I decided to get rid of all my debts, I didn’t know what to do, where to seek advice. After few days of confusion, I started following the TV commercials and newspaper ads. Later, I found few names were reputed, popular, and appeared over and over again. So, as my first step, I bought their debt reduction book. Few days later, I even attended their seminar. During the event, a guy named Charles sold me their “basic kit” to start reducing debt. I cost me couple of hundred dollars. He said, ‘It isn’t much expensive.
